When first time entrepreneur Kapil Agrawal envisioned a new service to help the people of India find physicians, he reached out to me for product design and strategy. We translated his feature concepts into design scenarios that describe prospective users using the service to achieve their goals. We identified which scenarios were necessary to achieve a minimally viable product and placed the remaining work on a backlog for later, research-based roadmap development.
